Is everything done online? Yes! After speaking with a BAM specialist, you can place your order directly on the website. Choose your service type, crew size, truck size, equipment and reservation duration. Once submitted, you’ll get a confirmation email with your moving and billing details.

When does the clock start and end for my move? The clock starts when the driver leaves our facility and stops when they return. You’ll be billed for the total time the driver is on the road for your move.

What if I don’t use all the prepaid time? You only pay for the time you use, prorated to the half-hour. Any unused prepaid time will be refunded 3-5 business days after your move.

What is BAM's cancellation policy? You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled move. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Should I overbook or underbook my reservation? It’s better to overestimate the time needed. This ensures the movers have enough time to handle any unexpected delays. You’ll only pay for the time you use and any unused time will be refunded.

Does BAM protect my furniture? Yes, we blanket-wrap and shrink-wrap all furniture. Personal items must be boxed or crated before we arrive. Let us know in advance if you need specific packing supplies.

Is BAM licensed and insured? Yes, we’re licensed for intrastate and interstate moves and carry multi-million dollar insurance, workers’ compensation, and liability coverage. We also offer no-cost standard coverage for your items. If you wish to purchase full value protection, you can do so here
